Wang Jiabi Chief Physician, Professor and Doctorial Tutor, enjoys the special allowance from the State Council, Honored President and Chief Expert of our hospital, and famous expert for skin and venereal diseases in China. Graduated from Department of Medicine in Shanghai Medical University in 1961, has been devoted to clinical practice, scientific research and teaching for at least 45 years in Peking Union Medical College Hospital under Chinese Peking Union Medical College, and accumulated vast clinical experiences. Former Director of Skin Department in Peking Union Medical College Hospital, member and secretary of standing committee of Chinese Society of Dermatology and Vice Chairman of Beijing Society of Dermatology in Chinese Medical Association.
Studied abroad in the Department of Dermatology in Stanford University during 1982-1983. Designated by World Health Organization (WHO) to visited Thailand in 1993 to study sexually transmitted diseases. Currently holds the post of Vice President of China Sexology Association and Council Member of Chinese Association of STD&AIDS Prevention and Control etc., as well as member of International Society of Dermatology and Asian Society of Dermatology, Associate Editor of Chinese Journal of Human Sexuality and member of Editorial Board of many dermatology journals such as Chinese Journal of Dermatology and Journal of Clinical Dermatology. Good at diagnosis of skin diseases, skin laser treatment, diagnosis and treatment of all kinds of sexually transmitted diseases and difficult skin diseases with complete skills in dermatology. Chief Editor or participant in the compilation of 21 articles, e.g. acted as chief editor of the color slide film of Diagnosis of Intractable Cases in Department of Dermatology, Pudendum and Venereal Diseases and Pathological Differential Diagnosis of Skin Diseases as well as Essentials of Treatment and Detection for Skin and Venereal Diseases etc. Published 171 papers and 4 papers won the prizes. The achievements in scientific research were granted the Second Prize for Science and Technology Progress Award by Ministry of Education and the Third Prize for Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award. Won the Medical Achievement Award and Excellent Teacher for many times. Cultivated over 10 doctors and masters, and often attended the domestic or overseas academic conferences for academic exchange and delivered keynote speeches. Served successively as the member of 7th and 8th CPPC Beijing Committee of Dongcheng District, member of 8th and 9th Standing Committee of CPPCC Beijing Committee, and the two proposals (including Proposal on Establishing Community Service Center) reported during the meeting of 8th CPPC Beijing Committee were granted excellent proposals. Go to the countryside for gratuitous treatment every year.

Member of Dermatologist Society Commission of Chinese Medical Doctor Association (CMDA) and Expert Bank of Medical Accident Technical Appraisal of Beijing Xicheng Medical Association. Member of 1st Dermatology and Venerology Department of Peking University Health Science Center, won Excellent Teacher Award by Beijing Medical University for many times, engaged in clinical treatment, teaching and scientific research in Department of Dermatology and Venerology for over 30 years, and accumulated vast experiences in diagnosis and treatment of various common skin and venereal diseases, good at treating psoriasis, vitiligo, dermatitis, eczema, etc., and further studied on skin pigmented disease and dermovascular disease treated by laser in recent years. Qi Qingzhuo Director of Psoriasis Clinic in Capital City Dermatology Hospital of Beijing. Worked in Department of Dermatology in Central Hospital of Shenyang Railway Bureau, committee member of Hebei Society of Dermatology in Chinese Medical Association. Devoted to clinical practice in skin and venereal diseases for over 20 years, and engaged in research and studies in Department of Dermatology and Venereology in Central South University Hospital and Department of Dermatology in Beijing Shijitan Hospital successively. Unique in views and methods in diagnosis and treatment of difficult and complicated diseases skin diseases, complicated urinary tract infection and sexually transmitted diseases, good at dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), pigmentary dermatosis and other stubborn skin diseases. Participated in compilation of Skin Diseases and General Diseases, and published 9 academic papers in provincial publications, e.g. “Treatment of Verruca Plana with Traditional Chinese Medicine” (Heilongjiang Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine, No. 12, 1987).

Engaged in clinical practice, scientific research and teaching of skin diseases for over 40 years, and accumulated rich clinical experiences during practice, applied the methods of integrated traditional and western medicine to treat common skin disease, sexually transmitted diseases, difficult and complicated diseases and obtained significant treatment effect, particularly experienced in the treatment of eczema, various dermatitis, vitiligo, psoriasis, acne etc., proficient good at skin diseases, sexually transmitted diseases and dermatopathology. Participated in consultation work of skin diseases as an expert of Beijing Dermatosis Expert Consultation Center for many years, and accumulated more diagnosis and treatment experiences in difficult and complicated diseases, wide and in-depth knowledge about some rare and difficult diseases, won Important Rescue Award. Clinical observation on treatment of Ganoderma Capense and Viaminate was granted the Third Prize of Science and Technology Achievement Award by Ministry of Health and Science and Technology Progress Award by Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Wang Huaiqu Expert of Special Consultation Clinic in Capital City Dermatology Hospital of Beijing, graduated from Beijing Second Medical College in 1968. Engaged in clinical treatment, teaching and scientific work in Institute of Dermatology in Chinese Academy of Medical Science for 12 years, and accumulated wide clinical diagnosis and treatment experiences during years of clinical practice and scientific research. Good at combining several treatment methods to diagnose and treat frequently-occurring disease, common diseases and sexually transmitted diseases, such as acne, urticaria, lupus erythematosus, psoriasis, ichthgosis, gonorrhea, syphilis and condyloma acuminatum, etc. Extensively studied the diagnosis and treatment of rare diseases and summarized various treatment experiences and methods. Accomplished many scientific research tasks of clinical medicine validation assigned by the Ministry of Health, has published over 30 papers in national key publications so far, and participated in the compilation of Chinese first two monographs - Color Atlas of Rare Skin Diseases in China and Skin Diseases in Four Seasons.
